What AI training from AI Experts KC covers

AI training at AI Experts KC is a hands-on workshop that teaches a Kansas City team to get useful, safe results from the AI tools they already have, using their own documents and tasks as the exercises. Sessions run a half day or a full day, on site anywhere in the metro, and the team keeps a prompt library and an AI-use policy afterward.

The sessions exist because most companies that buy AI licenses see them used for little beyond rewriting emails. The gap is skill and confidence, and a few hours of structured practice on real work closes most of it.

What a Kansas City team learns in a workshop

The half-day workshop covers the core skills in order. How to brief an AI tool so it produces something usable on the first try. How to give it your documents and data safely. How to check its work and catch errors. How to turn a repeated task into a saved prompt or a reusable workflow. Each skill is practiced on a task from the participants’ own week: a proposal, a report, a customer reply, a spreadsheet, a meeting prep.

The full-day version adds department-specific work in the afternoon: sales teams build outreach and research workflows, operations teams build reporting and SOP assistants, finance teams work on reconciliation and analysis, and so on.

Who the training is for

Workshops are built for the people who do the work, from front desk to department heads. The leadership briefing is built for owners and executives who need to make decisions about AI spending, risk, and sequencing. Many Kansas City clients run both on the same day: leadership in the morning, staff in the afternoon.

Training also closes out every implementation sprint and custom agent build, so the tool we built is used from the first week.

How the policy part works

Every workshop ends with a one-page AI-use policy, written with you during the session. It names the approved tools, states what data may and may not be entered, requires human review of anything that leaves the building, and gives staff a person to ask. For firms in regulated fields, the industry pages describe the extra rules we add for law, healthcare, and financial services.

What AI training costs in Kansas City

Half-day workshops start at $2,500 and full days at $4,500 for up to 15 people, on site in the Kansas City metro. The leadership briefing is $1,500 alone or $1,000 when added to a workshop day. See the pricing page for every package. Kansas City nonprofits and companies under two years old receive 15% off.

AI Training & Workshops questions

What do people learn in a half-day AI workshop?

How to get reliable results from the AI tools they already have, on the tasks they actually do: drafting, summarizing, analyzing spreadsheets, preparing for meetings, and answering customer questions. They leave with a prompt library tied to their own work and a policy that says what may and may not go into the tool.

Which tools do you train on?

Whatever your team has: ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, Claude, or a tool we built for you. If you have not chosen yet, we start with a short comparison and recommend one.

Can you train a large group?

Workshops are capped at 15 so everyone gets hands-on time. Larger companies run several sessions, often one per department, with a leadership briefing first.

Is there a version for leadership?

Yes. The 90-minute leadership briefing covers what AI can and cannot do for a business your size, what it costs, the risks, and how to pick a first project. It is often run the morning of a staff workshop.
